Spring is here! By calendar only it seems! We are hoping May brings us warmer temperatures. Just a reminder to parents that you do not need to provide sunscreen for your child. The brand we use is Croc Bloc. It is paba-free, hypo-allergenic broad spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen with SPF 30. Sunscreen is applied to all exposed skin. If you do not want us to apply our sunscreen to your child, please let us know. In this case we ask that you apply your own sunscreen at home before your child arrives.
A Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms and grandmothers. Enjoy your special day.
In the month of May we plan to talk about all things Spring. The climate change, the new life of animals, flowers, and the green, green grass. We look forward to our outdoor play and warmer weather.
Just a reminder we will be closed Monday, May 23rd for Victoria Day. We hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday.

We can’t believe its already May. Time flies when you are having fun!
The toddlers have been noticing all the signs of Spring. We have been looking out the window at the birds and squirrels that go by. We’ve extended this learning through circle and small group. We have talked and sung songs about the sun, rain, trees, flowers, and bugs.
We will also be talking about our mothers. Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there. We are very thankful for you!
