Autumn is a time of change and so many new things to see. The babies have been able to see the leaves changing and falling to the ground. They have noticed the squirrels as they are busy collecting and hiding their food for Winter. We have been loving our walks to Sadler’s pond and have been able to recreate what we see during small group times.
Some of the older infants have been playing in the yard, where they like to run. They have been enjoying pushing the lawnmowers around and playing with the balls.
Our love for balls has continued and we have added an individual ball pit to our room for the babies to explore. A few were a little unsure, as the base rocks back and forth. All of them, however, now absolutely love it and will sit, wobble, balance, squish and even throw the balls around. So much fun!
