- Margaret Fletcher Award for excellence in innovative programming for young children.
- The Children’s Service Award from the Windsor/Essex Association for Early Childhood Education of Ontario.
- An Award for the Inclusion of Children with Special Needs presented by the Essex County Association for Community Living.
- The Gail McIntosh Leadership Award was presented to Jill Foster in recognition of her contribution to the provision of quality childcare and contributions to the field of Early Childhood Education.
- Jill Foster was awarded the Alumni of Distinction Award for St. Clair College 2013.
