Preschool Room #2
It was an eventful November with many interests to explore.
Some children were interested in the planets especially the red eye on Jupiter. After exploring the internet and reading books about space, we found out that the red spot is a huge storm larger than our earth. We continued learning by counting 8 planets, placing them in order from smallest to largest and measuring the distance from the sun. The children concluded that the planets that are closest to the sun are hot, while the planets far away from the sun are cold. Some children are interested in visiting the planets. We may have some astronauts in our future.
